Evgenia Grinblo


Evgenia "Jenny" Grinblo is a self-taught visual designer. She was born in Siberia, raised in Israel, and had studied in Wales and the USA by the age of 20. A Kofi Annan scholar, she completed a B.A. in sociology and Global Citizenship at Macalester College, MN. In 2010, Jenny received a grant to pursue a year-long study on go-go dancers, which was co-awarded first place in 9 states. Aside from qualitative research, her passions include an eight-year-long affair with graphic design. She runs a freelance business in Israel that is fueled by imagination, coffee, and a love for user-centered design, UX, and social media. Jenny is a member of the Seeds of Peace organization, an aluma of the United World Colleges movement, and an activist for sexual violence awareness and prevention. Her app idea, "Trigger Free," recently received honors in a global Nokia competition on IdeasProject.com.
